Mr. Sudipta Kolay is an ambitious man in i-Red, With more than 8 years of field experience. In his captaincy the group has widened to include several projects in and around Kolkata.

In his upcoming ventures his intention is to continue the diversification of the company into newer unexplored sectors of Development. He believes in energetic teamwork and has established processes and system using technical and managerial staffs in a seamless manner. This ensures outputs and results, which are free from any compromise and have high fidelity to intended design and purposes.

Mr. Binode Kumar Saraf, with over 30 years of professional experience and has been instrumental in execution of innumerous Investment Banking deals. His involvement in the financial affairs and administration is giving a free flow of information and other assistance in day-to-day activity of the Company. His constant watch on the day-to-day activity helps the company to mitigate the risk and uncertainties of business.

Bikram Kumar Saraf, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in debt syndication and project advisory services. Having completed his graduation from St Xavier`s College in B Com (H) and a trainee at Price Waterhouse Coopers at Kolkata, Mr. Saraf have a significant knowledge and experience in the field of Real Estate and hospitality sector. He is an entrepreneur who works for new opportunities everytime. His relations with business houses and Financial Institutions across the country have always helped him to fetch huge business opportunities.

He has been dynamic, energetic, and brilliant through out his academic career and have also proved the same ability in his business career too. He has also shown his technique of adding multi dimensions to the modern business arena.
